What should I do if I want to return or exchange an item?

UK Customers

If you’d like to return your order, firstly you should contact our customer services team. CLICK HERE TO EMAIL CUSTOMER SERVICES.  In order to process your request we’ll need to know your unique order number and whether you want a refund or an exchange. We can’t do this without these details, so please make sure you complete your returns form and place it in your returns parcel before you send it back. If you require an exchange, then please make sure you include the size or colour that you would like to exchange your current item for on your returns’ form.

We can only exchange items for a different size or colour of the same item. If you would like a different item, you’ll need to place a new order.

International Customers

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your London Goods’ purchase, then you should contact our customer services team. A refund will be process within one working day of receiving your returned item.
