DELIVERY

UK SHIPPING
All our UK shipments are sent via Royal Mail. 2nd class signed delivery or 1st class signed delivery. Delivery is usually made in 1-2 working days.

EUROPEAN STANDARD SHIPPING
All our European standard shipments are sent via Royal Mail. You will be notified of your parcel’s tracking number once the item has been shipped and you can track your item’s progress via their website. Delivery is usually made in 3-5 working days.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD SHIPPING
All our international standard shipments are sent via Royal Mail. You will be notified of your parcel’s tracking number once the item has been shipped and you can track your item’s progress via their website. Delivery is usually made in 5-10 working days.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Please note that London Goods is not liable for any import duties, clearance fees , brokerage fees or including any other additional charges incurred outside of the EU; this is the responsibility of the customer. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, which is managed on a ‘pay on delivery’ basis.

Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure that the goods can be cleared.

We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

References in this Returns Policy to: “we” and “us” are to London Goods Supply Co. and “items” are to products listed on our website www.londongoods.com.

Please note that working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

RETURNS

INTERNET PURCHASES ONLY

Please email our customer services department stating a reason for return in order to obtain your unique return reference number.

You will then be emailed a warehouse returns address in addition to your return reference number. This reference number should then be enclosed within the parcel being returned and sent within 14 days or receipt.

Customers must ensure that all returned items are sent back in the condition in which they were received -unworn and in the original packaging, with labels intact.

Please use a secure, insured and tracked delivery service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or equivalent), as we cannot accept liability for any items not received.

Please note that any postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that for security reasons we cannot accept returns by hand, any returns delivered directly by customers will be refused.

All refunds will be made via the original method of payment.

In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect or faulty item from us we will refund any returns postage costs incurred. A member of our Customer Care team will contact you in order to arrange this. However, we cannot accept liability or cover postage costs until the item has been returned and assessed by our Returns Team and confirmed as faulty.
